- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This store is great. I use services several times a week and have never had a negative experience with either UPS or the staff. It can be a busy place and the ONLY negative experience is the inpatient customers. I personally have never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped. Staff is always curious and helpful. I've had valuable, irreplaceable items packed and shipped here. I find that the staff handles my shipments with accuracy and care. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had to help a friend move quickly and hauled in a bunch of bags and boxes full of stuff. The staff at the store immediately took control, weighing and packing everything in boxes.
